[E-Signatures Viewer] dialog box

Displays the contents of the electronic signature of the currently open batch results.

To close this dialog box, click [✕] in the upper right corner.

[Document Name]

Displays the name of the batch results file.

[Signature Status]

Displays the current signature status.

[Document Version] column

Displays the batch results version.

[Sign Date] column

Displays the date and time of signing.

[User Name] column

Displays the username of the signing user.

[User Level] column

Displays the user level of the signing user.

You can set user levels in the OpenLab Control Panel.

[Meaning] column

Displays the reason the user selected when signing.

[Comment] column

Displays the comment entered by the user when signing.

• Click [View E-Signatures] from the [Signature] group on the [Compliance] tab in Data Analysts.
