The gate valve is closed during Analysis Mode.

Check the gate valve. The following are the probable causes.

• The connector of the gate valve came off.
• Faulty gate valve.
• There is a fault in the Connection PCA or solenoid valve on the gate valve.
• The Plasma was shutoff.
