1161   Error: Current of Ion gauge is out of range (Shutdown -> Standby).

There is no flow of emission current. The Ion gauge driver of the Connection PCA

monitors the current, and the Main PCA determines the current (When the instrument

is changing from Shutdown mode to Standby mode).

This error is displayed at more than 8µA or less than 3µA during regular operation and at 280µA or at 120µA or lower during high-sensitivity operation.

The following are the probable causes.

• Faulty connections in various parts of the wiring.
• There is a fault in the Connection PCA or Main PCA.
