1168   Error: HV for Ion gauge is out of range (Analysis).

The Ion gauge driver for the Connection PCA reads that 180V High-voltage is not supplied from the HV driver module, and the Main PCA determines that 180V High-voltage is not being supplied (In Analysis Mode).

This error is displayed for more than 210V or less than 150V.

The following are the probable causes.

• Faulty connections in various parts of the wiring.
• Faulty HV driver module.
• There is a fault in the Connection PCA or Main PCA.
• Faulty Power supply unit.
