The flow rate of the cooling water (RF/WC/IF) is below the limit.

Check the flow rate of the cooling water. The following are the probable causes.

• The power of the cooling water supply is OFF.
• Cooling water valve is closed.
• Cooling water is insufficient. (a possibility of a water leak).
• Cooling pipes are clogged or leaked.
• Cooling water strainer is clogged.
• Cooling supply is faulty.
