1406   Error: AVS valve did not switch as requested.

This error is detected in the AVS PCA when the feedback from the valve control module does not match as required.

Try restarting the 7700 ICP-MS8800 ICP-QQQ.

The following are the probable causes if restarting the 77008800 does not fix the error:

• Malfunction of AVS PCA.

• Malfunction of the valve.

• Malfunction of AVS valve controller.

• Malfunction of cable between AVS PCA and the valve control module.
