1438   Error: Replace ORS AMFC assembly. The valve for H2 gas in the AMFC assembly is not closing completely.

There is a gas leak from the H2 gas system. Switch to Standby mode, close the H2 gas valve, and confirm the flow rate to make sure that gas is flowing at a rate of at least 0.35mL/min.

Check for leaks from the gas piping system. The following causes are inferred.

• Leak from the connection sections of the gas piping.
• Deterioration or damage of the gas pipe or hose.
• Faulty ORS AMFC module.

There is a gas leak from the H2 gas system.

Faulty ORS AMFC module is inferred as the cause.

If you open a vent valve during H2 leak check, you can't believe the result of this test.

Fault of the H2 gas leak check is possible if AN pressure is not stable due to leak from vent valve, or the like.
