1440   Error: Cooling water (IF) flow rate is too low. Spray chamber temperature control has been turned off.

The flow rate of the cooling water (RF/WC/IF) is below the limit, and the cooling of the spray chamber is stopped.

Check the flow rate of the cooling water. The following are the probable causes.

• The power of the cooling water supply is not switched ON.
• The cooling water valve is closed.
• The cooling water is insufficient (possibility of a water leak).
• Clogged cooling water tubing and a leak.
• The cooling strainer is clogged.
• Faulty cooling water supply.
• Faulty Introduction PCA.
