2413   Warning: Aux gas flow rate is low.

The flow rate of the Auxiliary gas is below the limit (When the instrument is changing from Standby mode to Analysis Mode).

Check the flow rate of the Auxiliary gas. Check the pressure of the Argon tank for the following possible issues:

• The pressure of the Argon tank fell.
• Gas line fault such as clogging or disconnection.
• Faulty Argon gas electromagnetic valve (Connector disconnected).
• Faulty Ar gas AMFC module connector.
• Faulty Ar gas AMFC module.
• Faulty Introduction PCA.
