The flow rate of the Makeup gas is below the limit.

Check the flow rate of the Makeup gas. Check the pressure of the Argon tank for the following possible issues:

• The pressure of the Argon tank fell.
• Gas line fault such as clogging or disconnection.
• Faulty Argon gas electromagnetic valve (Connector disconnected).
• Faulty Ar gas AMFC module connector.
• Faulty Ar gas AMFC module.
• Faulty Introduction PCA.
