The flow rate of the Optional gas is below the limit.

Check the flow rate and the pressure of the Optional gas. Check the pressure of the Optional gas tank for the following possible issues:

• Gas line fault such as clogging or disconnection.
• Faulty Argon gas electromagnetic valve (Connector disconnected).
• Faulty Mass flow controller connector.
• Faulty Mass flow controller.
• Faulty Introduction PCA.
