[Audit Trail Viewer] dialog box

You can view the activity log and the audit trail for the selected batch.

To check an mstop.audit.xml of previous revisions in the database, you can use the "Legacy Audit Trail Viewer". For details on this procedure, refer to the instruction manual for the "User Access Control Pack".

Search text box

You can select cells for entries that contain the phrase specified in the Search Box by clicking the Navigation Buttons.

From To

Specify a date range for the entries you want to search.

Click this button to only display entries that match the specified date range and contain the phrase specified in the Search Box in the Audit Trail table.

Click this button to clear any filters that have been applied using the Filter Button. This does not affect the filter functions for each column of the Audit Trail Table.

Analysis File

You can select an Analysis file from a batch.

Audit Trail Table

Displays the entries for the Audit Trail.

The [User] column, [Time (Local)] column, [Reason] column, and [Category] column have a filtering function.

You can change the order and the width of the columns.

Context Menu

Export

Saves an Audit Trail file in PDF format.

Prints an Audit Trail file.

Export/Print Settings

Sets the Export/Print Settings.

Landscape

Exports/prints in landscape format.

Repeat Column Headers on Each Page

Exports/prints the Column Headers on each page.

Close Audit Trail Viewer

Closes the Audit Trail Viewer.

Saves an Audit Trail file in PDF format.

<Print>

Prints an Audit Trail file.

Progress Information

Displays the progress status for exporting or printing.

<Close>

Closes the Audit Trail Viewer.

When Access Control is enabled, click [Activity Log and Audit Trail Viewer] from the [Tools] group on the [Compliance] tab in the [ICP-MSICP-QQQ MassHunter] window, select a batch folder in the [Select Batch Folder] (Audit Trail) dialog box, and then click the [Open] button.
