[ICP-MS MassHunter Activation] dialog box

1. Select the instrument type from the Instrument Type list.
2. Enter the registration number and click [Activate].
3. Enter the registration numbers including that of the optional software if any and click [Authentication].

• Select [Start] - [ICP-MS MassHunter Workstation] - [Activate ICP-MS MassHunter].
