MassHunter 5.3 User Interface compared to MassHunter 4.x

Function |

Hardware Gadget |
Displays the Hardware pane. Click this gadget to change the hardware configuration or maintain the hardware. When MassHunter is online, a check mark is displayed on this gadget. When it is offline, X is displayed. |
Plasma Gadget |
This gadget indicates the plasma status and the image changes based on the status. Click this gadget to open the Startup pane. When MassHunter is in stand-by or analysis mode, you can double-click the gadget to turn the plasma on or off. |
Tune Gadget |
Click this gadget to open the User Tune pane. By using User Tune, you can use manually-tuned settings in the Startup instead of Standard Tune. |
Batch Gadget |
Click this gadget to open the Batch pane. You can configure the acquisition method, data analysis method, and sample list in a batch. Double-click this gadget to open the Select Batch Folder dialog box, and open an existing batch. |
Queue Gadget |
Click this gadget to open the Queue pane. This gadget indicates the queue status and the image changes based on the status. Queue is active: When you double-click this gadget, you can pause the queue. The queue is currently suspended: Double-click this gadget to resume the queue. |
Data Analysis Gadget |
When you click this gadget, you can perform the data analysis in on-line mode. When it is already being performed, the Data Analysis window moves into the foreground. |
Report Gadget |
When you click this gadget, the control shifts to the Batch pane and you can start acquiring to create a tune report by clicking OK in the confirmation message. |
Settings Gadget |
When you click this gadget, you will see the Settings dialog box. Click this gadget to change the hardware configuration or maintain the hardware. |

Click this gadget to open the Online Help. |
