Configure settings to correct the data analysis results of laser ablation analysis using the "100% Normalization-Calibration".
[Exc.] column
Turns on elements to be excluded from correction calculations.
Selected elements are not used in the "100% Normalization-Calibration" calculations for FullQuant and SemiQuant analysis.
[Atomic Number] column
Displays the atomic numbers. Elements that have not been quantified are displayed in gray.
[Element] column
Displays the element symbols. Elements that have not been quantified are displayed in gray.
[Compound] column
Enter the chemical formula of the compound contained in the sample. The entered compositional formula is recognized as shown below.

[Fraction] column
If anything is entered in the [Compound] column, the value will be automatically calculated.
You can edit the mass fraction (3 decimal places) if necessary.
Elements that have not been quantified are displayed in gray.

Applies your settings and closes the dialog box.
Next, click [Process Batch] from the [Batch Option] group on the [Home] tab.
