[Settings] dialog box

Allows you to configure basic data analysis. The following categories are available.

View

Column Settings

Load Settings

Click the [Select File] to open the [Open] dialog box for loading column settings saved with Save Settings.

Save Settings

Click the [Specify File] to open the [Save As] dialog box for saving the current column settings.

Information saved includes type, show/hide status, and ordering of columns displayed in the Batch Table.

User Settings

Click the [Edit] to open the [Edit User Columns Settings] dialog box for saving column settings for each user.

Arrange Elements By

Analyte - ISTD Order

Sorts the Batch Table pane columns in the Analyte - ISTD order.

ISTD - Analyte Order

Sorts the Batch Table pane columns in the ISTD - Analyte order.

Mass Order

Sorts the Batch Table pane columns in the Mass order.

Tune Mode - Mass Order

Sorts the columns of the Batch Table pane in the Tune Mode - Mass order.

MS/MS Order

Sorts the columns of the Batch Table pane in the MS/MS mass order.

Tune Mode - MS/MS Order

Sorts the columns of the Batch Table pane in the Tune Mode - MS/MS mass order.

Q1 Order

Sorts the columns of the Batch Table pane in the Q1 mass order regardless of the tune mode, analyte name etc.

Windows Layout

Load Layout

Click the [Select File] to open the [Open Layout File] dialog box for loading a layout saved by Save Layout.

Save Layout

Click the [Specify File] to open the [Save Layout File] dialog box for saving the current layout.

The following layout information will be saved.

To save the types of columns displayed in the Batch Table, use Save Settings.

Number of Decimals

Displays the number of decimal places for numbers displayed in each pain.

Click the [Configuration] to open the [Number of Decimals] dialog box. You can change the number of decimal places.

Custom Sample Report

Click the [Open Designer] to open the Report Designer Software for creating a new Report Template and is populated by Data Objects based on the current batch result.

For more information, refer to "Editing Report Templates".

Generate PDF: Select this option to generate a report in PDF format.

On the pull-down menu you can specify the folder where you want to save PDF files you created.

Quick Batch Report

Click the [Configuration] to open the [Configure Quick Batch Report] dialog box, which lets you select the columns that are displayed in the report.

Spike Recovery % Report

When you click Spike Recovery % Report [Configure Spike Recovery % Report] dialog box is displayed. You can change the column that is displayed in the Spike Recovery % Report and write the report in PDF format.

Lab QC

It operates only when the Excel is installed.

Click the [Update] to open the [Update Lab QC File] dialog box. Measured values and graphs for QC samples are automatically updated, and are displayed in the specified Lab QC file (in Excel). For details, refer to "Displaying the Lab QC file".

LIMS Settings

Click the [Configuration] to open the [Configure LIMS Settings] dialog box. Set the script to output the LIMS file.

SemiQuant Basic Parameters

Click the [Set Parameters] to open the [SemiQuant Basic Parameters] dialog box for setting the basic parameters SemiQuant Factor, Base Mass, and Reported Mass.

Stock Standard Solution

Library

Click [Edit] to display the [Stock Standards Library] dialog box.

Options

Advanced Functions

Enable Laser Ablation Expansion

When enabled, the [LA Quant] group is displayed on the Home tab.

You can perform data analysis using 100% Normalization-Calibration.
