[SemiQuant Basic Parameters] dialog box

Sets the SemiQuant factor, base mass, and reported mass (isotope).

If the Batch contains a sample of the “SQStd” type, SemiQuant factor correction is performed based on the SemiQuant Factor settings in this dialog box. SemiQuant factor correction is only performed for elements that have the base mass and the SemiQuant Factor specified in this dialog box.

Elements (isotopes) that are displayed in the Batch Table and/or reported in the analysis results report are set in this dialog box as the “Reported Mass“.

To view the SemiQuant factor curve for the elements, use the “SemiQuant Factor pane“.
