File Name
Select a file name from the list box, or enter the file name into the text box.

Select the export file format from the list. The following file formats are available:
However, you can select an Excel file only when the Excel is installed.
<Save>
Saves the selected data from the Batch Table in the specified file format.
Associated application starts, and then exported data is displayed.
<Cancel>
Cancels exporting the Batch Table.
Always the acquired raw data is exported, regardless of the number of digits displayed in the table.
You can edit, print, or save the data by using the functions of the associated application.
