Saves the current layout.

File Name

Enter the file name into the text box.

<Save>

Saves the current layout.

<Cancel>

Cancels saving the layout.

To Get Here

• Click [Specify File] in [View] - [Save Layout] on the [Settings] dialog box in the [ICP-MSICP-QQQ Data Analysis] window.
• Select [Load/Save] - [Save] from the [Show] group on the [View] tab in the [ICP-MSICP-QQQ Data Analysis] window.
