[Configure LIMS Settings] dialog box

This dialog box can configure "UploadLIMSFile.icpms.script" file. Location is User folder \LIMS\. If the script could not be found in the folder, the values are read from default parameters which are pre-installed.

Data Type

Select which category of output columns of batch table to customize in list boxes. The contents of Available Data list box and Output Data list box change according to selected data Type. "Sample" and "Analyte" are available as data type.

Available Data

Contains data headers which can be output and are not selected as output data. The data header "COMMA" can be added as many times as desired to Output Data list box. So Available Data list box always contains "COMMA".

Output Data

Contains data headers which are selected to be included in the output file. The output file is composed columns of batch table displayed in this list and in order of this list.

<Add>

Moves selected items from Available Data list box to the bottom of Output Data list box.

<Delete>

Moves selected items from Output Data list box to the bottom of Available Data list box.

<Add All>

Moves all items in Available Data list box to Output Data list box.

<Delete All>

Moves all items in Output Data list box to Available Data list box

<Move Up>

Moves up selected items in Output Data list box by one row.

<Move Down>

Moves down selected items in Output Data list box by one row.

Display Header

Set if headers of columns are shown at the top of output file.

Merge analyte name and tune mode

If this checkbox checked, analyte columns are output like AnalyteName-TuneMode.

ISTD elements are eliminated from analyte list

Sets if ISTD elements are eliminated from analyte list.

Notify on completion

Set if notify when task has been finished.

Open file on completion

Set if the file is opened after the file is output.

Output all samples W/O selecting

Configure this to output all samples in the batch table except for the excluded samples.

Each sample is output to each row

Set if each sample is output to each row.

Output sample information at first line

Turn this on when you want to output the sample information in the first line.

Display over range information

Set if the over range information displayed in the output file.

Display for rejected CPS Rep/Conc Rep/Level Conc

Determines how the rejected CPS Rep/Conc Rep/Level Conc are entered in the output file. The default is "Rejected".

Output mark for ISTD as "ISTDFlag" column

Determines output mark ISTD as "ISTDFlag" column. If mark is empty, "ISTDFlag" column displays FALSE or TRUE.

Output mark for Analyte as "ISTDFlag" column

Determines output mark Analyte as "ISTDFlag" column. If mark is empty, "ISTDFlag" column displays FALSE or TRUE.

Number boxes

Determines the number of decimal places. The default values are 3 for concentration, 2 for CPS, 1 for RSD and 3 for RT.

File Path

Determines the location of the output file. By clicking on the "…" button on the left right of the textbox, users can choose the location from a file dialog. The default is "\Agilent\ICPMH\LIMS".

File Name

Determines the name of the output file. The default is the batch name.

File Extension

Determines the extension of the output file. Users can either choose between csv or txt, or enter other extensions. The default is ".csv".

<Default>

All of parameters in this dialog are retrieved to the default values. If user has already pushed "Default" button or the script file could not be found in UserFolder \LIMS folder, new script file will be created by copying of bin\UploadLIMSFile.ICPMH.script. (The old script file is saved as UploadLIMSFile_Day_Time.icpms.script.)

<OK>

Saves all states or creates a script file "UploadLIMSFile.icpms.script" in " UserFolder\LIMS".

<Cancel>

Closes the dialog box without creating the output file or saving any of the settings.
