This tool optimizes the parameters on the Sample Introduction pane when [Discrete Sampling] (AVS) or [Auto Dilution] (ADS 2) is selected on the Sample Introduction pane.
Available when using Agilent tubing kits and Easy-fit loops.
[Loop Size (mL)]
Select the size of the AVS/ADS 2 sample loop being used.
[Tubing Length between Autosampler and Inlet (cm)]
Enter the length of the AVS/ADS 2 tube being used.
[Sample Load Pump Speed (％)]
Enter the sample load pump speed for the Pre Run.
Select a rinse program from the following. If you select [Full Custom], the sample introduction parameters are not changed.
[Rinse with only rinse port.]
[Rinse with rinse port and two rinse solution bottles.]
[Full Custom]
[Sample Load Time (sec)]
Displays the sample load time calculated based on the entered conditions.
Applies the parameters optimized according to the conditions set by this tool on the Sample Introduction pane.
Closes this tool without changing any parameters on the Sample Introduction pane.
From the Sample Introduction pane toolbar, click [Condition Calculator].
