Lets you select the elements to acquire for the batch.
When a tuning mode is selected for which [MS/MS] is specified for [Scan Type], the following tabs are displayed.
Precursor Ion Scan Tab
You can set the Q2 mass for performing a Precursor Ion Scan. By double-clicking the tab, the [Set Q2] dialog box is displayed. By entering a Q2 mass in the text box and then clicking the [OK] button, the settings of a Precursor Ion Scan for all masses are added in the mass table.
Product Ion Scan Tab
You can set the Q1 mass for performing a Product Ion Scan. By double-clicking the tab, the [Set Q1] dialog box is displayed. By entering a Q1 mass in the text box and then clicking the [OK] button, the settings of a Product Ion Scan for all masses are added in the mass table.
Set Mass Shift Tab
You can set a Mass Shift. By selecting a mass row for which a Mass Shift is set on the mass table and then clicking this tab, the [Set Mass Shift] table is displayed.
Tune Mode
Select a tune mode.
Periodic Table
When you click an element name, the isotope masses and isotope ratios for the element are displayed in the Mass table.
Mass table
When you select an element from the periodic table, the isotope masses and isotope ratios for the element are displayed. The default mass is selected, and you can also select other isotopes.
The selected masses are displayed in the right table.
When a tuning mode is selected for which [MS/MS] is specified for [Scan Type], the masses of Q1 (2-260) and Q2 (2-275). You can also set up to 275 mass pairs.
Selected Elements table
Displays the masses and elements selected in the Mass table. For ISTD, check the ISTD columns.
Right-click this table to display the following context menu.
[Fill Down]: When this command is executed after you select multiple cells vertically, the value in the first cell is copied to the selected cells.
[Delete]: Deletes the masses that are currently selected.
Predefined Shift
By selecting a shift amount from Predefined Shift, the shift amount is added to each mass and the shifted masses are set in the Q2 column.
NH3 Cluster
When the shift amount for the NH3 cluster is selected, the shift amount is added to each mass and the shifted masses are set in the Q2 column.
Custom Shift
Custom shift of masses and/or Mass ranges separated by commas. For example, type "1,18,28-30".
After entering the custom shift, click the Update button or press enter to apply them to the Mass Pair table on the left.
[Clear All]
Clears all target elements that are set in the tune mode.
[Go to Mass Scale]
The Mass Scale table appears. Click [Go to Periodic Table] on the Mass Scale table to return to the periodic table.
[Element Information]
The [Ion Database] dialog box appears, which lets you view the element information.
#Correction Equations
Click the [+] button to display equations that are used for interference correction.
The correction equation for which the check box is selected is applied. If the check box is cleared, the correction equation is not applied.
[Edit]
Opens the [Edit Correction Equations] dialog box, which lets you modify the selected correction equation.
[Add]
Opens the [Add Correction Equations] dialog box, which lets you add a new correction equation.
[Delete]
Deletes the selected correction equation.
[OK]
Applies the settings.
[Cancel]
Cancels the settings.
