When you configure the Agilent LC within a batch, open the [Binary Pump] and [Isocratic Pump] tabs and enter the measured time or a slightly greater time in the Stoptime field. The No Limit option that is selected by default does not stop the LC pump when the measured time is reached, so the measurement does not end.
