[Select Preset Method] dialog box

When you create a new batch folder by loading a preset method that can be applied to the current instrument, select a preset method.

For details on the types and contents of the preset methods, refer to Types of the Preset Methods.

When you double-click the preset method, the specified preset method is used to create a new batch.

 

For information on the instrument configurations that support the preset method, refer to the description in the dialog box. The use of a torch with an injector diameter of 2.5 mm is assumed.

 

 

The sample uptake time and rinse time are affected by the internal diameter and length of the tubes to be used. The values for the pre-run and post-run specified in the preset method are based on the following configuration.

• Probe tube for the autosampler (SPS 4 or ASX-500 Series)
  Inner diameter: 0.5 mm (blue band)
  Length: 1.4 to 1.6 m
• Peristaltic pump tube (for samples)
  Inner diameter: 1.02 mm

Length: 130 to 140 mm (Use as two stopper tubes by cutting it at the positions of 20 to 25 mm from both ends of the stopper)

• Select [Preset Method] in [Create from] in the [New Batch Folder] dialog box, and click [Select] button.
