[ADS 2 Timing Monitor Configuration] dialog box

Displayed when using Autodilution in ADS 2.

The Timing Monitor is a tool used to optimize sample introduction parameters. You can check each operation and timing of the sample introduction program on the Timing Monitor.

[Time for Data Acquisition (sec):]

By default, the value of [Total Acq. Time] on the Element Selection pane is set. Change this as necessary.

[Non Dilute]/[Dilute]

Select whether or not to dilute.

[Autodilution Factor]

If you select [Dilute], enter the Autodilution factor.

[Start]

Starts the ADS 2 Timing Monitor.

• When using an autosampler, the [Select Vial] dialog box is displayed where you can set the vial for the sample being used.
• If you select [Non Dilute], PreRun, StartRun, and PostRun programs are displayed in this order on the Timing Monitor.
• If you select [Dilute], the dilution program is displayed on the Timing Monitor.
• All signals from the start to the end of timing monitoring are displayed.
• To stop timing monitoring, click [Stop Timing Monitor] from the toolbar of the Tune Modes Pane.

[Cancel]

Discards your settings and close this dialog.

• Click [Start Timing Monitor] on the Tune Modes Pane toolbar.
