Setup Table

Mark the check boxes for items to display in the User Maintenance Counters.
[Title] column
Displays the name of the items that can be displayed.
You can define the last two blank items.
[Current Value] column
Displays the current value.
[Limit Value] column
Enter the upper limit.
The maximum [Limit value] for each item is as follows:
[Reset] column
To reset the time to 0 days, click the [Reset] button.
Popup EMF
[Plasma Ignition] check box
When this is selected, if the specified limit value is reached, a popup message appears at Plasma Ignition.
[Queue End] check box
When this is selected, if the specified limit value is reached, a popup message appears at Queue End.
Even if the check box is not selected, the status can be confirmed through the color of the [EMF] Button on the Instrument Status Pane.
