You need to set the analysis parameters if you select Isotope Ratio Analysis in the Data Analysis Method table.
For formulas see: Reference > Equations > Performing an Isotope Ratio Analysis.
Drag to move the toolbar.
Displays
settings of the previous basic method task.
Opens the
[Elements] dialog box,
which lets you add new analytes.
Deletes
the selected element.
This section describes the commands that are available in the context menu that is displayed when you right-click in the pane. The commands that are not listed below have the same function as their counterparts on the toolbars and the Ribbon.
Adds a new row below the selected row.
Deletes the selected row.
Adds a denominator column.
Locks or unlocks the Numerator Columns for reference while you scroll the Table horizontally.
Opens the [Export Table] (Entire Table) dialog box where you can export the entire table. This command is available when a pane that includes a table is selected.
Opens the [Export Table] (Area) dialog box where you can export the data selected in the table. This command is available when a range of cells in the table is selected.
Copies the selected data to the Clipboard. When a tabular pane is selected, the selected row/column is copied.
Pastes the data copied with the Copy command.
Restores the default sorting order on a tabular pane.
Opens the [Page Setup] dialog box where you can configure the page settings for printing.
Opens the [Print] dialog box where you can print the contents of the selected pane.
Opens the [Print Preview] dialog box where you can display the print preview.
When data is acquired in the Multi Tune mode, select the Tune Mode. If the Multi Tune mode was not used, enter “1” as the tune mode.
Lets you select a scan type.
Lets you select a Q1 mass to use for the numerator of the isotope ratio to be obtained.
Displays the analyte name. To add elements, right-click and select [Add/Remove Elements] from the context-menu. The [Elements] dialog box is displayed, which lets you add or remove elements.
Select the mass to be used as the numerator for calculating the isotope ratio.
Lets you select a Q2 mass to use for the numerator of the isotope ratio to be obtained.
Displays the natural abundance ratio of the isotope element in the element data base. The Abd can be changed as necessary. Changing the Abd in the method table does not affect the element database.
Select the mass to be used as the denominator for calculating the isotope ratio.
Lets you select a Q1 mass to use for the denominator of the isotope ratio to be obtained.
Lets you select a Q2 mass to use for the denominator of the isotope ratio to be obtained.
The isotope natural abundance ratio is automatically displayed according to the selected mass.
