This section describes the functions of the commands that are available in the Method Development Tasks pane.
The title bar buttons and the context menu have the same functions as the Title Bar of the Instrument Status Pane.
Opens the Data Analysis Method table and the Sample/Batch Template table, which let you configure the basic Data Analysis Method.
Opens the [Select Data] dialog box, which lets you open the standard data file.
This command is only available when the Analysis Mode is set to “Timechart” or “Chromatogram”.
This command is only available when [FullQuant Analysis] and [Isotope Dilution Analysis], or [Timechart] in the [Analysis mode], are selected from the [Data Analysis Method] table in the Data Analysis Method pane.
Opens the Analyte List pane, which lets you configure the analytes and the ISTD elements. The contents that are displayed depend on the Analysis Mode.
Lets you set the peak list and integration parameters when the Analysis Mode is set to "Chromatogram".
This command is displayed when [FullQuant Analysis] is selected in the Data Analysis Method table.
Displays the Calibration pane, which lets you set the calibration curve and the ISTD parameters.
This command is displayed when [SemiQuant Analysis] is selected in the Data Analysis Method table.
Displays the SemiQuant pane, which lets you set the SemiQuant parameters.
This command is displayed when [Isotope Ratio Analysis] is selected in the Data Analysis Method table.
Displays the Isotope Ratio pane, which lets you set the isotope ratio analysis parameters.
Displays the Work List Actions pane, which lets you set up auto creation and custom actions for reports.
Script samples can be found in the \tools\script folder in the system disk. For example, TabulateChart.icpms.script displays the table of the count for each acquisition point. To use this script for each sample during a batch acquisition, copy the script to \Agilent\ICPMH\scripts\DA and select the script.
Checks the DA Method for errors. If an error is found, information about the error is displayed in the Method Error List pane.
Returns to the [ICP-MSICP-QQQ Data Analysis] window.
