In this dialog, the sample type which can be used for the parameters in conditioning can be set.
You need to select [Typical Environmental (ICS-A)] or [Typical Material Matrix (1% Cu)] for [Enhanced Stability Mode] in the [Configure Batch Acquisition] dialog box.
Sample Type
The user can select [Typical Environmental (ICS-A)] or [Typical Material Matrix (1% Cu)].
When you select [Typical Environmental (ICS-A)] and perform conditioning, select [General] for [Plasma Mode] on the User Tune Pane, and then select [Typical Environmental (ICS-A)] for [Enhanced Stability Mode] in the [Configure Batch Acquisition] dialog box.
When you select [Typical Material Matrix (1% Cu)] and perform conditioning, select [HMI-25] for [Plasma Mode] on the User Tune Pane, and then select [Typical Material Matrix (1% Cu)] for [Enhanced Stability Mode] in the [Configure Batch Acquisition] dialog box.
Vial#
This can be set for the solution which will be used for the conditioning.
Mass 1, Mass 2 and Mass 3
These can be set which are used as the monitored mass for the conditioning.
[Advance]
Allows the user to set more detail settings.
Plasma Mode
Select a Plasma mode which will be used when conditioning. This lists Low Matrix, General Purpose, HMI -4, HMI-8, HMI-25, HMI-50, and HMI-100.
Conditioning Time
This indicates the time (90 to 72000 sec) to be conditioned.
Before/After Conditioning and While Conditioning
Configure the timing to perform Enhanced Stability Tune. Enhanced Stability Tune acquires the changes of sensitivity either before and after conditioning, or while conditioning.
Wait Time
Enter the time (0 to 72000 sec) to wait before measurement start. This enabled when "While Conditioning" is selected.
Integration Time
Enter the integration time to acquire each mass.
Repetition
Enter the repeat count (0 to 1000) of the acquisition for Enhanced Stability Tune.
Drift Factor
Specify the bias to evaluated value (-100 to +100%) while conditioning.
[Add to Queue]
The user can add conditioning task to Queue. And then this dialog will be closed.
Internally, the following process will be run;
1. Standard Lens Auto Tune is executed. In the case that "User Tune" is selected in the [Configure Ignition Sequence] dialog box, the lens auto tune for the base tune is executed.
2. Conditioning will be run with using the lens parameters got from 1.
While this task is running, the progress status is displayed in status bar.
After conditioning is completed, "LDrfOptTune.log" is output as CSV formatted file to "\Agilent\ICPMH\Log".
[PeriPump]
Clicking this button leads to show [Set Rinse after Batch] dialog box used for enhanced stability tuning, where the user can set Post Run settings.
[OK]
These parameters are just applied to system, but Conditioning will not be run.
[Cancel]
Cancels the settings.
