This section describes the data analysis procedures for the acquired samples.
The data analysis screen lets you efficiently analyze your data. It simultaneously displays a sample list, mass spectra and timecharts for the acquired samples, calibration curves, ISTD stability graphs, as well as other information.
Graphs can be easily customized. For example, you can change the scale, add comments, and overlay graphs. Spectra can be used to identify elements.
Data analysis methods can be set to perform various analyses. Analyses include semiquantitative analysis to determine the types of elements in the sample and quantitative analysis using calibration curves. Analysis results are displayed in the Batch Table. Samples with analysis results errors are displayed with a different background color, which makes it easy to determine whether the data is reliable.
This section provides a general procedure for data analysis.
